Hi, I’m Hana and i’m passionate about independent retail and helping people achieve their business dreams.
Whether you’re looking to work for yourself full time, test the market with a pop-up shop or sell your handmade items at craft fairs or to shops and galleries I have the know-how.

I’ve been running a successful bricks and mortar shop for 20 years and know all of the ups and downs and challenges of running your own business. I want to share my knowledge and experience with you to make your business bigger, better and more profitable!
I work primarily with women who have product based businesses and either sell their goods through bricks and mortar shops or plan to. That’s not to say I can’t help you list your wares on Amazon, Instagram or Etsy or advise you on your website - in fact I think multiple sales channels are increasingly important to helping retail thrive.

Ideal for those just getting started or if you’re happiest talking through ideas, problems and finances over the phone or via video call. I can help with pricing your goods, business plans and cashflow forecasts. I can then help you use these to develop a successful business and if you need to to obtain funding.
One to one mentoring
One to one mentoring is ideal for you if you’ve already started your business and are looking to take it to the next level. I can help with everything retail from finding your first shop to crowdfunding, as well as more advanced challenges such as finding new premises and taking on your first employee or VAT registering.

I can spend a day with you looking at ways to give your business the creative edge it needs to be profitable and survive in the current climate.
